Interactive Darts is currently available at The Escapologist’s Metrocentre venue in Gateshead. The venue has two Interactive Darts lanes, with up to six players able to play on each lane. The Escapologist plans to introduce Interactive Darts at additional venues in the future, so availability may expand as new locations and activities are added.
Yes, Interactive Darts is designed to be accessible to beginners as well as people who already play traditional darts. Automatic scoring means players do not need to calculate scores themselves, while different game modes provide alternatives to standard darts. At The Escapologist Metrocentre there are currently two lanes accommodating up to six people per lane, making it suitable for friends, parties, work events and other group occasions.
Interactive darts combines traditional darts with technology that automatically tracks scores and adds digital games and visuals. At The Escapologist, the system uses a smart dartboard to detect where each dart lands, with scoring and game information displayed on a screen.
