The Infected

This room is located at our Metrocentre, Gateshead venue.

The Storyline…

When the dead rose, the struggle to find a cure began.

The world as you knew it is gone - civilisation has crumbled, the infected roam free, and hope is in short supply.

But your group of survivors may have found something, an abandoned facility whispered about in old radio broadcasts, rumoured to hold the cure to the outbreak.

The doors are open; the halls are eerily quiet… too quiet. Is this humanity’s salvation, or merely another trap sprung from the chaos?

You’ll have to search every bloodstained corner, piece together forgotten research, and race against time to find and complete the cure before the dead breach the walls.

Every second counts.

Every puzzle could mean life or death. Will you make it out with the cure, or become one of The Infected?

More Information

This room is NOT wheelchair accessible and requires at least 1 player to crawl.

In this game, players are locked in, however there is an emergency release button that can be pressed to override their door should they need to leave their room in an emergency. There is also a process in place should a player want to leave the room even if it is not an emergency.

Some games may include variations in lighting and sound, such as flashing lights and loud noises. If you have any sensory sensitivities or concerns, please inform a member of our team upon arrival, before your game begins.

Please note that this room is located at our Metrocentre, Gateshead venue, if you show up at the wrong location, we won’t be able to reimburse you. 

Rules

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time to allow our team sufficient time to brief you and grant access to the room.

Please adhere to all age-related restrictions for your booking. We advise a minimum age of 15 to play "The Infected", however we do have waiver options for players younger than this to play. Players aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also required to pay and play. Players aged 14 to 16 must have a parent or guardian remain on the premises for the duration of the booking (participation is not required).

We kindly ask all guests - whether enjoying a game, having a drink, or waiting for others - to refrain from bringing outside food or beverages into the venue.
